Its easy to start earning cashback with Internet Cashback, all you need to do is register with Internet Cashback and £10 will be added to your cashback account automatically. Once you have registered, you can start earning cashback straight away by clicking on our deal links.
Its easy to find out how much cashback you have earned with Internet Cashback. Once you are logged into Internet Cashback, all your account details are on the left hand side of your screen- you can see your pending cashback, approved cashback, cashback earned from referring your friends and your click history.
Once you have made a purchase using a link from Internet Cashback your cashback will be set to pending between 1-5 working days of purchase. If you dont see your cashback as pending within 7 days then please contact our customer services team. Your cashback will then typically take between 91-121 days from the initial purchase to be confirmed as cashback.

When you make a purchase you are entitled to return the product or cancel the service for up to 90 days in some cases. To ensure that you fulfill your purchase, our retailers will notify us of a purchase but will wait until they are sure that you have completed the transaction before paying us the commission.
This is why you will see your cashback go pending almost straight away but will have to wait until it is approved. On some purchases you may see your cashback approved quicker than others, so please dont panic if it does take up to 121 days before approval.
It can still take up to 121 days for any pending transactions to go approved, even if you are in receipt of the goods or you have made several direct debit payments to your policy. The reason why there is a lengthily period between obtaining the goods and getting cashback approved is to ensure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase/policy and the sale is completed.

There isn't one. The £10 free cashback opening offer cannot be withdrawn straight away though - withdrawals only take place once you reach a total cash back of £40. You are free to withdraw the £10 opening offer once your total cashback reaches £40.
Of course! Just list the name of the charity, school or organisation in the payee box and we will address the cheque to your chosen entity.
No. A member can only open one valid account with 'Internet Cashback'. If you have a problem with your account then please contact our customer services team.
It's easy. You simply refer your friends by emailing them with a referral link which you can find here - or alternatively, if you provide us with your friends email address we will send them a referral link for you. Your friend must join Internet Cashback via your referral link or you will not be credited as having referred them. You will then be entitled to 20-50% (depending on how many friends that you successfully recommend) of all cash back your friend earns on Internet Cashback (with the exception of the £10 welcome bonus). You are credited with referral payments once your friends cashback has been confirmed and is no longer pending in their account. We are unable to display referrals that are still pending so this does differ slightly from the system used when you have made your own purchases. This is to avoid unnecessary confusion in the event of your friends returning products or being refunded. If you have any questions about this please contact customer services.
Unfortunately not. If a product that you have purchased is later returned then the retailer will cancel the cashback. In this instance, any cashback that you had previously been given for this purchase will be revoked.
Dont panic if your cashback doesnt doesnt change to confirmed after 121 days. Sophie and Hayley in our customer services team are committed to helping customers through any difficulties.
Internet Cashback tracks your click history, so we will always know if you have clicked on our links correctly. If you have a cashback query we will ask you for full details of your purchase including date, order number, cost of purchase and if it is an insurance product or credit card then the name of who the product is for- so make sure you dont delete any emails from the retailer regarding your purchase until your cashback is approved.
Internet Cashback typically uses affiliate networks to track the details of your purchase, and they are who we pass your queries onto, who then take your query onto the retailer directly. Affiliate networks usually only answer queries on a weekly basis, so although the Internet Cashback team are normally here 9-5 every working day to help you, we do ask you to be patient when waiting for an answer from the affiliate network.
Please note that we are unable to look into missing cashback on transactions older than 3 months and after 3 months, all queries will be closed and no cashback will be given.

To request your cashback is easy, simply go to your Total Cashback account page and if you are eligable for payment it will allow you to request your payment.
