How do I join 'Internet Cashback' and start earning cash back?
Firstly you must Register with 'Internet Cashback', once this is done you can start earning your cash back!
You can build up your cash back by shopping at our affiliates and every purchase you make will help raise your cash back total.
How do I know how much cash back I have earned?
You need to log into 'Internet Cashback' and look at the 'My Internet Cashback' box. This box will specify your current 'Total Cashback'.
When & how do I get paid my cash back?
When your 'Total Cashback' reaches the £40 mark you will be credited with your cash back. The cash back is paid in the form of a cheque addressed to the payee listed on your account.
How long will I have to wait for my cash back to show in my 'Internet CashBack' account?
Depending on the merchant, 91 - 121 days. Why? Because merchants typically have 90 days to reverse a transaction for return purposes. Your account will show "Pending" during this time. Some merchants take longer than others to pay us, and we can't pay you until they pay us! When the waiting is over, you will see the amount in your "Available Balance." You can then request payment. Payment occurs when you have reached the £40 withdrawal target.
I've just purchased a product through 'Internet Cashback' but I can't see my cash back in my account?
Don't worry, your cash back doesn't update automatically so don't panic if you can't see your cash straight away. As soon as our affiliate partners report the sale to us we will update your cash back balance to a pending status. When our partners pay us, we will then update the status to 'Available Cashback'.
I get £10 just for joining 'Internet Cashback' - I smell a rat!
There isn't one.
The £10 free cash back opening offer cannot be withdrawn straight away though - withdrawals only take place once you reach a total cash back of £40. You are free to withdraw the £10 opening offer once your total cash back reaches £40.
Why can I not withdraw my cash back before I reach £40?
The £40 minimum withdrawal limit has been calculated in order to take the following factors into account:
- Marketing and running costs of the website
- Subsiding the £10 signing up bonus
Although £40 cash back does sound like a lot, it can be reached very quickly. Check out our Mega Deals to find out the best way to reach the £40 total cash back in double quick time. Please also consider, that due to the £10 signing on bonus, you only have to generate £30 of cash back on top of this before you can withdraw.
Can I donate my cash back to a charity or school or other organisation?
Of course! Just list the name of the charity, school or organisation in the payee box and we will address the cheque to your chosen entity.
Can I open more than one 'Internet Cashback' account?
No. A member can only open one valid account with 'Internet Cashback'. If you have a problem with your account then please contact Customer Services.
How does the 'Internet Cashback' Referral Scheme work?
It's easy. You simply refer your friend by emailing them with a referral link which you can find here - or alternatively, if you provide us with your friends email address we will send them a referral link for you. Your friend must join 'Internet Cashback' via your referral link or you will not be credited as having referred them. You will then be entitled to 20% of all cash back your friend earns on 'Internet Cashback' (with the exception of the £10 welcome bonus).
How does the 'Internet Cashback' Referral Payment work?
You are credited with referral payments once your friends cash back has been confirmed and is no longer pending in their account. We are unable to display referrals that are still pending so this does differ slightly from the system used when you have made your own purchases. This is to avoid unnecessary confusion in the event of your friends returning products or being refunded. If you have any questions about this please contact Customer Services.
If I return a product can I still keep my cash back?
Unfortunately not. If a product that you have purchased is later returned then the retailer will cancel the cash back. In this instance, any cash back that you had previously been given for this purchase will be revoked.
Why has cash back been removed from my balance?
If a product that you have purchased is later returned then the retailer will cancel the cash back. In this instance, any cash back that you had previously been given for this purchase for will be revoked.
I have made a purchase, but it isn't showing the cash back in my account!
There could be a few reasons for this. All transactions are monitored by our partner sites who then feedback all the commission information to us. This means that you must be aware of the following:
- Some retailers don't provide commission until the guarantee or returns period has expired.
- If you have returned a product that you have bought then the cashback will automatically be cancelled. .
It could also be a possibility that you were not logged in as an 'Internet Cash back' member at the time of the purchase. If this is the case then you won't receive cash back as we will have no record of the transaction. When doing your online shopping, always ensure that you are logged on to 'Internet Cashback' so you can earn money.
If you have any queries about any other payment issues then please contact Customer Services to resolve them.
Is there any limit to how much cash back I can earn?
Not at all! We want you to earn as much cash as humanly possible!
